If you're not happy with your order, we'll make it right.  Bad print, shipping damage, the wrong item, a fit that's off, or it's just not what you pictured: we've got you.

Email us at support@floatingbobber.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the shirt.  That photo is all we need to get started.  It lets us see what happened and, when it's a print or material issue, get it corrected at the source.

From there we'll sort out an exchange, free replacement, or a refund.  Most orders are handled within a couple of business days.

Made Just for You

Every shirt is printed to order, one at a time, so there's nothing sitting on a shelf.  A quick photo is all it takes for us to take care of you.

Since each item is made just for you, the fastest way to get the one you want is to place a new order for it.  Reach out and we'll take care of you on the original.
