Every order is backed by our 100% happiness guarantee. Whether it's a print flaw, shipping damage, the wrong fit, or you're simply not happy with the quality, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer.
How to start a claim
Email support@floatingbobber.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the shirt
That's usually all we need.
Returns
Returns are always free. Once we review your claim, we'll reply with next steps, including return instructions if needed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply to orders placed after the update.
